Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to guy@lorneservicing.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We recommend servicing your synthetic turf court at least twice a year — once in the cooler months to prevent moss and algae growth, and again in summer to clean and rebalance the sand.

Due to the nature of the work, and dependency on the weather,  we can generally service your court within a weeks notice - just shoot Guy a text or give us a call on 0411351280 and we'll go from there!

This depends on the time of year - between May and September, our service generally includes a full moss and algae treatment plus dirt and debris removal. From October to April, it generally includes machine and hand brushing, sand rebalancing plus dirt and debris removal. A full surface rejuvenation for heavily neglected courts is a more intense combination of al of the above and generally take 2-3 days - please get in touch for a customised approach.

Yes! Our Intensive Rejuvenation Scrub is designed for neglected courts — it usually takes 2–3 days and brings your surface back to a bright, clean, safe, and playable condition.

Absolutely. We maintain over 300 residential courts in Adelaide, as well as school and tennis club facilities around Adelaide..

If you notice moss, algae, slippery patches, uneven sand, or poor ball bounce, it’s time for a professional clean.
